EVENT ACCOMODATIONS

  • Indoor Seating Capacity: Up to 30 guests for an intimate, seated experience.

  • Outdoor Seating Capacity: Additional seating for up to 30 guests, perfect for enjoying Ripon's charming ambiance.

  • Standing Capacity: Accommodates up to 60 guests for cocktail-style events.

  • Event Style: Choose between a formal sit-down dinner or a curated buffet service.

  • Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your event date and time.

  • Venue Fee: $150 per hour (minimum of 3 hours).

PRICING STRUCTURE

  • Base Package: $1,500 for up to 20 guests, including 2 hours of venue rental, service staff, and standard table settings. Drinks are not included and will be billed separately.

  • Additional Guests: $65 per additional guest.

  • Included in All Packages:

    • Custom menu consultation and tasting for two guests. Additional tastings are available at $55 per person.

    • Signature table linens, tableware, and glassware (charges apply for custom colors or special requests)

    • Professional service staff

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • Cake Service: $35 fee for cutting and plating an outside cake.

  • Corkage Fee: $35 per bottle for outside wine service.

  • Decor Rentals: Available upon request (floral arrangements, lanterns, and more).

  • Preferred Vendors: We can recommend trusted partners for floral design, photography, and entertainment.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • Deposit: 50% of the estimated total cost is due at booking to secure your date.

  • Final Payment: Due 14 days prior to the event.

  • Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the final balance.
