TERMS SPECIFIC TO WINE

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from A Matter of Taste. Shipments containing alcoholic beverages require the signature of a sober adult (21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from A Matter of Taste are for personal consumption only and not for resale.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are processed by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Minimum Purchase

There is no minimum purchase required.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity sensitive to temperature extremes. Hot, humid summers and cold winters may adversely affect your wine during shipment. A Matter of Taste is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. Once your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine transfers to you, the purchaser.
